I have been really impressed with the communication and help I have recieved from the very first enquiry, to helping with my designs (I had no idea what I was doing and had to ask a few questions), I was even told about a small typo on one of my designs which was totally my fault and they would have been well within their rights to print it that way - but they didn't and quickly prompted me to correct and resend.
